Handmade & Custom ProductsMany of our products are handmade or custom-made. Because of their unique nature:• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.• We cannot accept returns due to changes of mind after production has begun.

Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with an eligible physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.To qualify for a return, the item must:• Be unused and in its original condition.• Include original packaging when applicable.• Not be listed as a final sale item.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.Damaged or Incorrect OrdersIf your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Please include:• Your order number.• Photos of the product and packaging.•

A brief description of the issue.If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.Digital ProductsDue to the nature of digital downloads, online content, templates, classes, and other digital products, all digital sales are final and are not eligible for refunds.

Marketplace Sellers

Some products may be sold by independent marketplace sellers. Refund and return policies may vary by seller. Please review the individual seller's policy before purchasing. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
